Hello Columbus Pride Vendors! Thank you for participating in the 2025 Columbus Pride Festival! Don’t forget the festival is from 12p-6p and is located at:
Mill Race Park
Below you will find a map and key of where you will be placed for this year’s Pride, as well as detailed directions on how to enter the park for the festival.
All vendors are asked to stay set up for the entire event and must be torn down and out of the park by 7:30p. If you need help packing up, please find a volunteer and ask them for assistance. We ask that all vendors needing assistance, have patience with our volunteers during this time as the end of the festival can be chaotic with everyone trying to leave at once.

Please show up at your scheduled unloading time. You can find your unloading time here. There will be an unloading area with plenty of volunteers to help unload your vehicles and help carry your things to your assigned spot, if needed. After unloading your vehicle, please park your car in the Cummins parking lot across Lindsey Street and walk back over to the festival grounds. Please be mindful of pedestrians and other vehicles in the park at all times.

All vendors must abide by directions illustrated on the map below. We are working with the city police to minimize traffic along the major roads. Vendors with trailers that cannot go through the bridge will be directed through the parking lot.
